The Independence Day has a special place in the heart of every Indian. The celebration symbolises vigor, vitality and pace at which the country has grown manifold. The day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervor by each and every member of the Hills' High family. The day started with hoisting of the flag, singing of the national anthem. The guest of honour for the day was Mr. Jayrup Gandhi, a graphic designer who is passionate about turning your inception to reality. He is a good choreographer too. He is the founder of "CHARLIE HELP UNIVERSE TRUST "working for Children and women in need of food, education, health care, shelter, clothing, emotional and moral support . The students put up a cultural show with song, yoga, speeches, presentation, etc. Each one of us promised to help the flag of India sailing high with brotherhood, love, peace and working for the prosperity of the Country. The Chief guest's speech was also very motivating for the young minds. The parade and the Band display was the highlight of the event. Sweets were distributed to the Students. Each and every individual present went back home with their heart filled up with the spirit of love for the Country. JAI HIND!!
