This coincidence brings together two powerful forces that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Both International Yoga Day and World Music Day was celebrated to promote unity, well-being, and cultural exchange. They're a great reminder to prioritize our physical, mental, and emotional health, and to come together through the universal languages of yoga and music! We organized a mass yoga celebration by inviting parents to school and performing yoga with students and teachers with our yoga instructors.
