The Diwali celebrations at school often means a festive look with diyas and lanterns adorning the classes. The activities permeate the school premises with an atmosphere of togetherness and hope. The students celebrated the festival of Diwali with great enthusiasm. The young students proved that creativity and talent do not have boundaries. To mark the occasion, several age appropriate activities like- Rangoli making, Diya decorations, sharing sweets & snacks, decorating the classrooms with torans etc. were organised that filled our hearts and minds with love and harmony. The students talked about the significance of the festival - how good always conquered the evil and also about why and how Diwali is celebrated across India. Besides sensitizing students about the ill-effects of crackers, we also shared the guidelines of environment-friendly options for celebrating Diwali. The entire celebration filled the hearts of all students with the spirit of Diwali and they enjoyed wholeheartedly.

With great delight we would like to share thrilling experience witnessed by all of us in the Entrepreneurship project 'Canteen Fest' organized by Std. 11 students on 11 October 2023 in the school premises. The students demonstrated a very confident approach in selling Food Items. There were varieties of food items prepared by our students, like Cola float, Sandwiches, khankhra Pizza, Nachos platter and many more were on the menu. Not only our students sold food items and earned money but also learnt to manage profit and lost. We, Hills' High family, would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the parents to inspire their wards to take the part in the activity whole heartedly.
