Hills High School, is government by a large of Committees. All decisions related to major school policies or day to day issues are forwarded to the respective Committees for a detailed and unbiased review. The decision of the Committee is immediately implemented, with due notice to all parties concerned.
School Managing Committee as per the Bye Laws of the CBSE Board is constituted. The members of the Committee meet two times to discuss, review the programmes and policies of the school.
The present members of the Complaints Committee to deal with the complaints of sexual harassment in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court of India relating to sexual harassment of women workers at work places and students.
The School Discipline Committee is constituted for the maintenance of discipline in the School. The committee will ensure that students obey rules and remain orderly and peaceful in the pursuant of educational objectives/goals in the school community. The members of the committee meet to review the disciplinary issues of the students as well as the teaching and administrative staff and parents. The committee is entrusted with the responsibility of conducting enquiry into any behavioral issues or misconduct before strict actions is taken.
Hills High School follows transparency in all matters of admissions. The applications of the candidates are scrutinized by the Committee. The members of the Committee interact with the parents to identify and understand the educational background of the student before the admissions is granted.
The purpose of the committee is to involve all stake holders in collaborative and participatory manner to ensure safety and security to all stakeholders in the school premise.
The Committee deals with all the complaints from the stakeholders and neighbourhood directly both academic and administrative.
